Very easy to recharge with the supplied micro USB cable or with any standard cable. The battery is a 3.7 V / 500 mAh Li-Po battery. The batterys life cycle is 500 cycles. Use a standard 5.0V adapter/charger to recharge the lamb. Avoid using rapid chargers. The lamb can be machine washed or hand washed. Open the zipper and detach the audio player from the wires by pulling gently. The integrated wires and buttons can be soaked as they are waterproof. Avoid washing too often. Let the lamb dry thoroughly before reconnecting the audio player. The audio player has a 1W speaker with very clear sound. It is loud enough for a small group of people to hear the audio and low enough for bed time. To change from one chapter to the next one: Press the front left foot To change from one chapter to the previous one: Press the front right foot. To change from one book to another book: Press one of the rear feet. If you had turned it off or it had shut down automatically, then you turn it on again, it will pick up where it left off. The lamb will auto-shutdown after 30 mins of inactivity. The audio player will stop playing after 25 mins, and the red light will blink for 5 mins before turning off completely. Each time the buttons are pressed when navigating, the time for auto-shutdown is reset. When it is turned on again, it will resume playing where it left off.
