Step 1: Shuffle the deck and place it in the center of the group. Step 2: The first player will flip over a card and leave it face up in front of them for all to see. Step 3: The next player does the same, this continues with each player flipping up a card on his/her turn. Step 4: Watch for matching brain colors, if at any time a player flips a card that matches the brain color on your flipped card, you attempt to answer the question on your opponent's card faster than they can answer the question on your card. There can be multiple matches at a time! Step 5: Whoever answers their opponent's card quickest, wins that card. The card that was won goes "out of play", kept by the winning player. Step 6: Watch out for BRAIN SWAP cards. These cards will create new matches between differing colors. When drawn, this card is placed in the player's pile, creating more color matches for other players until another card is placed on top of it. Step 7: When a card is won, the card underneath the "won" card could match another card on the table. Pay attention to this as your card could be a new match. Answer your opponent's card before they answer yours. Winner: The player at the end of the game with the most cards is the winner! The questions on the cards open the doors to discussion and deeper self awareness.
