• ✅ So it turns like trash out of the box, but if you open it up, put some lube into it, and break it in, it's much better. I used DNM because i didn't have any other lube on hand, but that's what most people recommend. I'm not very experienced with clock and i only average mid 30's so idk how qualified i am to give my opinion but here it is :)
• ✅ This clock is very nice and easy to work on compared to my LingAo. Ootb it is very dry and you should still open it up and lightly lube the inner faces of the black casing to get it moving well. This is MUCH easier than on a LingAo clock, however, as there are four screws to open the clear casing as opposed to needing to break the seal on other clocks.
• ✅ The magnets are strong and click and hold well into place (though they are a little loud). I also didn't see a need to trim springs as I've had to do with LingAo; the excess spring is bent upwards on each end and they all moved very smoothly with no catching. The only strange thing is that all ring magnets are internal and so the pins do stick out slightly (a mm or so) when they are pushed in due to the width of the ring magnet.
• ✅ So the cube sucked out of the box. sucked. But i put a little maru lube in the dial of each clock its not bubily on the inside. But i still like it its turning a lot better now and those bubbles should go away soon.
